February Empties

February was a great month to finish off a lot products and now comes the time where I share with my wonderful readers on how I found them all.

Naturya Spirulina Powder- This is a blue green algae found in the sea. A superfood that is packed with Vitamin A, B and Calcium which can help immunity. I have been adding this to my daily green smoothies and have noticed a huge difference in my energy levels.

Naturya Maca Powder- A Root that is found mainly in South America and known for hormone balancing and stress reducer elements. I have been adding this to my latte.

Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil- These are the only Omega 3 supplements I can have without feeling sick or having a weird fishy after taste. Benefits of having this tablet once a day include bone health and EPA & DHA for a healthy Heart function.

Heath & Heather Organic Raspberry Leaf Tea- This tea has really helped me with that time of the month and all round female well being. It also taste good too refreshing and light.

Loreal Elvive Restoring Shampoo- Until the day comes when I can find an affordable clean shampoo and conditioner, this is my go to. Smells great and leaves my hair light and smooth.

E.L.F Poreless Primer– A great primer for filling in enlarged pores and leaves a great base for foundation and concealer. The only issue I had was that it didn’t hold my makeup in place.

BIONSEN Mineral Protection Deodorant- aluminium and paraben free deodorant that is specially formulated with Japanese Thermal Minerals. Great for sensitive skin.

No7 Beautifully Matt Foundation– This foundation has been my go to for years, great for coverage and colour match. However, the only issue I have is the fact that it does not stay in place, so I have to make sure that I buff it right in before I set with a setting spray.
