Green Smoothie

Hello reader! hope you are all well and staying safe. I wanted to share my go to Green Smoothie recipe with you today. I am a firm believer that juices and smoothies are a great way to get your vital 5 a day fruit and veg, especially if you are crazy busy like me.

Not only you can get the vitamins and minerals your body needs to help boost your immune system but this it is also a quick way to get a good dose of antioxidants.

The main base for my everyday smoothie is the below:

  • Apples
  • Avocado
  • Frozen Mango
  • A tbsp of Maca powder – I started adding this to my smoothies after reading a few articles on how its good for fertility and improving your blood pressure.
  • A tsp of Spirulina – I swear by this for helping my Vitiligo not to spread, a great anti inflammatory and helps improve your overall skin health.
  • Water

For those of you who are new to some of the powders I have mentioned, I highly recommend that you do some research and really take the time to understand what your body needs.

Naturya is a great brand for wellness and their website is very user friendly to navigate around in order to get the right products for yourself.
