August Empties

Is it me or is this year flying by?

August has come to and end and with that a whole bunch of empties have followed. So without a further ado lets take a look at the damage….

Haircare

I have been using Loreal Elvive on and off for years now. Overtime I have gone back to their products I have never been disappointed. Dream Lengths, is the perfect formula to restore the texture to your hair leaving it detangled and clean. The formula has a slight scent that is neither overbearing or light. I have very thick hair and feel some hair products leave it very weighed down but this does not. I will defiantly continue to repurchase this until I find a better alternative (if there is such a thing.

Skincare

La Roche Posey Effaclar Cleanser & Toner these are a staple and I have now been using these for almost a year and half. These two are the perfect combo for me for keeping my skin acne free and clean. Typically both products last me about 6 months and then I repurchase.

Nip+Fab Glycolic Scrub, best inexpensive exfoliator. Amazing for reducing enlarged pores, brighting and renewing your skin. Be careful when using this though as it can be dehydrating for your skin, I tend to only use this 2 twice a week.

Beauty

I cannot seem to find a good drug store eye makeup remover without my skin reacting. So when I read a few reviews of Lancome Effacil Eye Makeup Remover as being very good for sensitive eyes, I instantly purchased it. I have loved using this products, its very light and unscented, great for removing even the toughest eye makeup and left my skin superset. the only downside I would say is the price tag which is a little expensive.

Now I come to a completely new product that I never thought I would buy, Caudal Eau De Beaute. I purchased a small bottle to trial out when going through duty free this year. This is basically a spray mist that you use on your face which contains rosemary, rose and grape extracts. Essentially this product is meant to brighten and tone your skin. I have used it as a primer and sprayed it on my beauty blender in order to put my foundation on. I am in love with the way my skin feels and how my makeup set while using this. This is well worth the hype and I will definitely be repurchasing this again.

Are there any new products you have tried lately?

XOXO
